Park Village
Three Multi-Use Buildings Available
One of The McKernon Group’s first collaborations was with the State of Vermont. We purchased several buildings at the former Brandon Training School, one of which is our headquarters. Several of these buildings have been renovated and resold. We have more recently purchased three additional buildings on the property which are available for sale.

Prospect Point
The McKernon Group is pleased to announce that we are in the early stages of development with the partners of Castleton Realty, LLC, owners of Prospect Point Country Club, a proposed 38 home community located at the southern end of beautiful Lake Bomoseen in west central Vermont. Building approval has already been granted for five lots overlooking the lake and improvements will be underway soon for upgrading and adding amenities to the existing clubhouse. It is expected that construction will include state-of-the-art energy efficient techniques and siting to take advantage of lake views and the proximity to the golf course. Protective covenants, a homeowner’s association, and property maintenance will all be offered to the new owners.
The project is likely to include activities such as boating with docks available, walking paths in a quiet setting, cross-country skiing, a peaceful beach for swimming, and nearby downhill skiing.
